Recognizing the need to provide policy makers, media and the sportsmen's community with accurate and compelling information on hunting and fishing, CSF produces reports and public opinion surveys aimed at advancing a pro-sportsmen's agenda in the political arena.
Economic Impact Report
Every five years in conjunction with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Survey on hunters and anglers, CSF produces a report on the economic impact hunters and anglers have on the economy. This information is vital in helping policy makers, media and the public better understand the impact hunting and fishing activities have on the national and local economy as well as their size as a constituency.
Voter Survey
To bring attention to the influential power of hunters and anglers as a constituency, every presidential election CSF undertakes public opinion polling of sportsmen to outline key issues, how sportsmen's issues rank in priority to other national issues and how important sportsmen's issues are in determining who they vote for and the likelihood of them voting in the upcoming election.
State Reports
To continue to succeed in developing issue briefs and advancing a pro-sportsmen's agenda in state capitols, state legislators need to have reliable information at their fingertips that is easy to understand and put into context. To meet this need, the National Assembly of Sportsmen's Caucuses produces state reports with essential findings from the best surveys and data available to serve as a central and unifying source of information.
