Equally as important as providing valuable education is giving elected officials a hands-on experience so that they can get a complete understanding of hunting, fishing and trapping issues. Throughout the year, CSF hosts events for members of Congress, their staff and federal agency officials to give them the opportunity to learn about sportsmen’s issues while actively participating in an outdoor sport. These events are very effective in introducing decision-makers with various levels of expertise to the Foundation and the work that we do. CSF events actively engage Members of Congress, their staff and federal agency officials. Annually, CSF exposes more than 200 decision makers to hunting, shooting and fishing.
