Bethany Erb
State Caucus Manager

Bethany joined the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation in May 2007 as Co-manager of the National Assembly of Sportsmen's Caucuses. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she majored in agribusiness with a minor in agricultural communications. She first arrived in Washington, DC in the summer of 2003 as an intern for Montana Senator Conrad Burns, and she returned to Washington after graduation in 2005 to work in USDA Rural Development's Office of the Under Secretary.

Raised on a ranch in beautiful Southwestern Montana, Bethany shares her family's philosophy that the essence of conservation includes cattle ranching, hunting and fishing on public and private lands. When her schedule permits, Bethany enjoys horseback riding and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
