Chaudhary Attends State Dinner

Washington, DC) - Senator Satveer Chaudhary, Chair of the Minnesota Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus, last week traveled to Washington, DC to meet with the Minnesota Congressional delegation, and attend the first state dinner of the Obama administration honoring Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

“My trip to Washington was extremely productive, meeting with the staff of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation and working alongside members of the Minnesota Congressional delegation to strengthen the partnership between federal and state policy makers concerning issues of importance to sportsmen,” said Sen. Chaudhary.

Sen. Chaudhary encouraged the members of the Minnesota delegation who are currently members of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus (CSC) to work closely with the Minnesota State Caucus. He also met to encourage delegation members who are not part of the CSC to join in the effort to protect the rights of sportsmen.
